The practice and Dentist, in particular, are very accommodating. My daughter was, unfortunately, late to her 8.10am routine appointment this morning due to roadworks, but was still seen as soon as possible. When I mentioned that I had been unable to book my own appointment in tandem with hers and that I would return at 10.00am, the dentist followed me out of the building to fetch me back and see me there and then so that I wouldn’t have to come back again later; she was efficient and friendly, as always. Couldn’t be happier
I've had a lot of work done here and can honestly say I've never felt so comfortable during treatment and happy with the outcome. I suffer from bad anxiety attacks and the staff here are so helpful and understanding. They go out of their way to help you in any way they can. BRILLIANT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND😀
It has been almost six months since I last attended the practice as I am currently traveling, however, I am still thoroughly grateful for the care, treatment, and support I received from one of your dentists. I attended as quite a nervous patient, however, Dr. Ahmhead instantly put me at ease. He talked me through my concerns with regards to my smile and didn't flinch or be alarmed when I showed my rotting teeth. He then said the words "You are in the right place and we will get everything sorted for you and give you your smile back". These words will stick with me for a lifetime and still make me feel overwhelmed today because that is exactly what your team did for me. He and his brilliant nurse transformed my smile. I was so happy to receive my checkup reminder appointment as it reminded me of how my life was transformed six months ago and I could smile once more. I have had multiple compliments with regards to my smile whilst on my travels and this has only been possible due to the dentist, his caring nurse (whose name has gone from my head!) and the lovely reception staff. I look forward to coming back in a few weeks to see Mr Ahmhead again and see all of your lovely faces.

I had my first visit today. Welcoming from the moment I stepped in reception. The dentist was lovely and put me completely at ease. I got through an exam and x-rays with her patience and went out with a treatment plan, confident all will be resolved. Thank you!
This is the best dental practice I have ever used. The staff are always polite and friendly and make you as comfortable as possible. I have a disability, and staff had arranged for me to be treated in a ground floor surgery, as I have previously struggled with the stairs to other surgeries. 5***** service
Very welcoming and friendly staff, it's a lovely warm environment. I seen Jonathan today for the first time as my dentist is Hannah, he was lovely and very professional. He made me feel relaxed and calm and was lovely to my little girl and gave her a sticker which made her day!
I've been with Moorside dental practice since 2004 and the Treatment I've received has been absolutely fantastic the staff are very polite caring and genuinely lovely people who always make sure your treatment is as less daunting as can be. My child is also a patient here and she has never felt scared or nervous about any of her routine visits.
Fantastic service from start to finish . I had badly neglected teeth due to a fear of going to dentists. Also I was embarrassed about the state I had foolishly allowed my teeth to get to . I was made to feel at ease right from my initial check up and never made to feel bad about the condition of my teeth. I had to make many appointments every week for several months and the friendly excellent service happened each visit. My front two teeth were badly damaged with an embarrassing v-shaped chip, I asked if we could begin with those teeth because it was a week or so before Christmas and for vanity reasons, I'd like them to look better for Christmas Day and they said no problem and they were fixed. This was very important for me as I was always so self-conscious of people looking at those front teeth so it was greatly appreciated. Thank you
Excellent Dental Practice. I am dental-phobic and never been able to settle with a practice till I was given an appointment here. Very patient and understanding. They do not rush you. They're happy to talk to you about what treatments involve before actually doing them. I still struggle to this day with dental work but I make sure I make my appointments! The only place I have phoned to make further appointments! Definitely recommend here to anyone.
I could praise this practice all day long. Good clean, modern surgeries. Professional and friendly staff. I am probably the most nervous patient they have. I have gone from having a serious phobia of Dentists to the point where I fell asleep on my last visit. I am racking my brain to think of anything that could be improved and can't think of a single thing. Well done to every single member of staff, you have no idea how fantastic a practice Moorside is
