Cancellation
- Our dental health membership plan is designed to reward loyalty and support regular preventive care. For that reason membership requires a minimum commitment of 12 months. If you choose to cancel before this period, any discounts or complimentary appointments you have already received will need to be repaid as our standard pay-as-you-go rates.
- After the minimum commitment period of 12 months, you may cancel your plan by giving a minimum of one months’ notice in writing to your Dental Practice.
Re-joining After Cancellation
If you decide to leave the plan and later wish to rejoin, you are very welcome to do so. However:
- Membership benefits (free check-ups, hygiene visits and discounts) will only restart after 6 months of continuous payments.
Fairness for all patients
This policy ensures that the plan remains fair for all members who maintain their monthly payments and enjoy the full benefits of ongoing care.
